2007-2008 Charge:
To help ensure that the education of our students and the working environments of our members are of the highest quality.
Committee Charge: To facilitate access to experiences that will develop the leadership potential of members who may serve in general and specific state and national level offices and positions.
The committee will:
Identify, review and recommend internal and external training, internships, mentoring and other program opportunities that will develop/enhance the leadership skills of association members.
Monitor the communication network system to provide new leaders access to veteran leaders with experience and expertise in specific areas, i.e., political action, organizing, bargaining, arbritration, etc., and make recommendations to the Board of Directors as necessary.
