If you are interested in collective bargaining, then this training is for you! It’s designed to appeal to members with a broad variety of bargaining interests and experience. All are welcome – from novice to expert, EA, ESP and higher ed.

- Using fact-finding as a bargaining strategy
- Impasse and employer imposition of a contract
- Communicating effectively across the table
- MEA’s Crisis Assistance Policy
- Mediation – what does a mediator look for?
- Bargaining when your district “claims” it’s broke
- Bargaining health insurance post-P.A. 106
