Instruction and Professional Development Conference

YOU ARE INVITED… to submit a proposal to present at the MEA’s annual Instruction and Professional Development Conference, scheduled for December 2–3, 2010, in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This year’s theme is: What Works and How to Make It Happen

Never before have there been so many demands on our teachers and support staff. Both federal and state legislation require the education team to think and act in new ways to assure that all children are learning to their full capacity. But new skills may be needed to meet these demands. We are seeking presenters who can give participants new ideas and strategies they can use “on the job” to help all students do better work.

We look forward to receiving your proposal by Monday, June 30, 2010, for this premier event. Reviewers will consider applications according to criteria in the Request for Proposals.
