MEA Budget Input Form

As part of our MEA budget development process, your officers and Board of Directors are interested in receiving comments or suggestions from the membership that will enable us to develop a proposed association budget that not only reflects the needs, but also best serves the interests of all MEA members.

This form provides you the ability to submit significant input early in the budget development process. If you wish a reply to your budget-related suggestion or comment, be sure to include your name and full return address in the space provided. You must provide a valid e-mail address in order to submit this electronic form.

In order for comments to have any affect on the process, you must submit this form by November 30, 2007.

1. Of MEA's current programs, are there any areas that should be enhanced, restructured or reduced? Please be specific and provide rationale.

2. MEA programs should be both efficient and effective. What suggestions can you offer to help make MEA programs more efficient and effective?

3. The MEA budget must be designed and based on continuing to provide quality membership service, attaining MEA's stated goals and objectives, and assuring our long-term fiscal stability. With respect to our new budget, are there organizational goals and objectives to which MEA should be paying special attention?

4. Are there any specific questions around the development of our next budget you wish to have answered?
