What’s next? Elections!

Michigan voters head to the polls this year – first up is the Aug. 3 primary and the general election is Nov. 2 – to choose a new governor and elect candidates to fill many other offices.

Hundreds of rally participants last week filled out volunteer cards to help with the 2010 elections; many also contributed to MEA-PAC.

MEA will soon announce the next phase in the Enough is Enough campaign, association-wide efforts to ensure that pro-public education candidates are elected to all levels of public office. Stay tuned for more information the coming weeks!
