Fun at the ballpark – and funds for MEA Scholarships

As part of this year’s Detroit Tigers MEA Day, $2 from every ticket purchased will be donated to the MEA Scholarship Fund, which gives dozens of scholarships annually to deserving Michigan students.

For $27, MEA members get a ticket to the Sunday, Aug. 8, 1:05 p.m. game against the Los Angeles Angels, plus a meal voucher for a hot dog, soft drink and chips. Plus, Sundays are Kids Day at the ballpark—kids 14 and under get a free hat, free carousel and Ferris wheel rides, and the chance to run the bases after the game (weather permitting).
