MEA provides up to $1 million worth of work-related liability insurance at no additional cost to MEA members. This insurance covers you if you are faced with either a civil or criminal complaint in the course of your work.
In addition, MEA provides—at no additional cost to MEA members—up to $500 worth of legal fees during an investigation stage that may lead to the filing of a criminal complaint that is work related.
